This is day one in my attempt to eat healthily and deliciously as I work to lose weight.
People automatically assume vegans are emaciated, anemic people. Looking at my frame is a clear contradiction to this theory.
I wish I had some excuse like a medical condition, but I just really like to eat. And my emotional shifts are usually met by a plate full of something. Feeling happy? Have a piece of cake! Feeling sad? Eat a whole cake. But more than that eating can be a bit of a hobby for me at times. I really like to cook.
Seeing that I really need to lose about 40 punds I am going to combine my Foodie status with my desire to reduce calories without depriving myself.
